Refunds & Returns
We want you happy with what shows up. If a return’s the right call, here’s how it works, and where the catch points are, up front.
Worth knowing: open and check everything for damage before you assemble or install anything. Once a cabinet’s been put together or mounted, we can’t take it back. So inspect first.
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to start and complete a return.
Returns need to come back in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable shape. We inspect what comes in, and we can turn down anything that isn’t resellable, so keep the box until you’re sure.
Straight talk: once an order’s shipped, a 20% restocking fee applies to returns. We’d rather you know that now than at the worst moment.
Return shipping is on you, and you’ll arrange the shipment. We’ll tell you everything you need to do it.
If your order shipped free, we’ll subtract what that original shipping actually cost us from your refund. The real cost, no markup.
A few things we can’t take back:
• Pre-assembled cabinets
• Trim and accessories: moulding, toe kicks, rollout trays, and plywood panels
• Final-sale items
Not sure if something qualifies? Ask before you order.
Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund (minus any fees noted above) goes out within 30 days
