When your order arrives, please examine all items for damage before assembly or installation. Refund requests will be denied for products that have already been assembled or installed.

Customers must submit a return authorization request either by: Logging into their 1800cabinets.com account used to place the order and following the on-site return instructions, or Accessing their order information if checkout was completed as a guest and following the same steps.

All returns must be initiated and received by 1800cabinets.com within 30 days of product delivery.

Returned merchandise must remain in its original, unopened packaging.

A 20% restocking charge applies to all returned items once an order has been shipped.

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

- Pre-assembled cabinets

- Trim, decorative elements, and accessories (e.g., trim pieces, rollout trays, moulding, toe kicks, plywood panels, etc.)

- Final sale items – please note: stain colors may vary from piece to piece

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment themselves.

After inspection, 1800cabinets.com reserves the right to refuse returns for products not in resellable condition. Any merchandise deemed unsellable will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds (minus any applicable fees and costs) will be issued within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the actual shipping charges incurred by 1800cabinets.com.
